Welcome Home

If you can see yourself in these faces you’ll know you are a Lundquist. There’s something inside you that brings you home to that feeling of family. Maybe it’s the smell of new mown hay or the aroma of pasture cattle. Maybe it’s the everpresent melody of “Springtime in the Rockies” playing in your ears. Or maybe it’s just that familiar feeling of being surrounded by people who love you and are excited to see you again.

Frank and Marie with Joyce, Blaine, Mary, Delbert, Louise, Margie, and Gary

Frank (Roy) and Marie Lundquist were married in April of 1916. They had ten children, seven of whom grew to adulthood to raise families of their own. Today this family (six generations strong now) has grown to include over 400 people. We love to celebrate our family by having an annual reunion. Since 1977, with few exceptions, the reunion has been held at the Gary Lundquist ranch in Victor, Idaho. We invite you to be a part of this wonderful experience we call the Lundquist family by enjoying the reunion: both by attending the reunion each year and by participating in this website. Here you will find and preserve many precious memories for yourself and generations to come.

We Love to be Together

We’ve been getting together long before we formally organized the reunion. But, to put six generations of people together for over 40 years is quite an accomplishment. Each year, whether or not we were present in our family tee shirts to picture day, we feel a sense of belonging. We feel connected and love to be together.
